iPad mini: Thoughts?

With the launch of the iPad Mini yesterday, some are questioning whether it really lives up to its $329 starting price tag. Well, my simple answer is yes it does. Here's why!

First off the entire iPad line beats down any other tablet by a very large margin. There is no other device on the market that even comes close to delivering the user experiance that Apple has created.

The iPad mini has a resolution of 1024 X 768 and is up to par with the iPad 2. No, its not a retina display but its still not bad on a 7.9" device.

The iPad mini also sports a dual core A5 processor, which is the same performance as the iPad 2, iPhone 4s and iPod touch 5th generation. I have to say it processes CPU tasks very efficiently and gaming is very good as well.

The cameras on this mini are also very good. A 720P HD out the front and a 1080P, 5Mp sensor out the back. These cameras are very descent and should be great for taking videos, facetime calls and just still shots. The 720P camera was not a feature on the iPad 2 so that alone is a great addition.

With a 10 hour all day battery life, this iPad should be fine for getting you through the day.

With a device like this you will still be able to browse the web beautifully and email effecienty. This device is great for portability with its smaller form factor. With it being just 0.68 lbs and 7.2 mm thick, the dimentions should not be a problem for anybody. In my opinion, anyone looking for a great reliable tablet that does everything that a 9.7" iPad can do, this is a great choice. And if you think $329 is too much, just remember your getting a very good tablet with great features such as iCloud and the many things included with iOS 6.

Please leave a comment below! Is it worth it to you guys? Are you planning on buying it? Let me know what you all think. Feedback would also be greatly appreciated!
