There is a mojor shake-up coming in Cupetino. Apple announced today that Scott Forstall, who was the Senior VP of iOS is leaving the company. Whether this had to do with the struggles of maps or the lack of change to the iOS 6 version in general, we wont be seeing him. Eddie Cue will be taking over the Siri and Maps department. This comes as big news to many, as Forstall demoed things like Apple's vector based maps and Siri for the first time. I always thought he presented very well, and was a key part of the executive team. Obviously there were reasons that we may never know. More to come.
